Sener Aerospace and Defence is currently looking for AOCS/Avionics End-to-End Development Engineer to join our Avionics and Flight System Division at our office in Tres Cantos (Madrid) or in Sevilla.

What you will do:

AOCS/Avionics End-to-End development cycle engineer.

Lead an AOCS avionics system project development cycle coordinating AIT engineering with design phases activities, ensuring coherence between design, system components integration process and final validation and verification activities.

Close collaboration with the different parts to define the main AIT contributions to system and components design and to integration and testing activities ensuring all mission goals are being approached from early stages.

• Requirements assessing, discussion and analysis towards V&V activities

• Contributions to design phases (typically phases B & C), by identification of needs (technical and programmatic) coming from AIT activities

• Preparing integration activities: tasks flow, schedule, instrumentation, tools, facilities, plans and procedures

• Integration/verification (AOCS/Avionics) facilities identification and definition, including specifications of the different components.

• Contribution to AOCS operation: analysis and resources implementation from early stages.

• Preparation of training and on-site support/testing activities

• Interaction with customer for the related activities

• Coordination with the different stakeholders (System, AOCS/GNC, SW, HW engineers) for the complete AIT process

• Contribution to system analysis and performance/technical budgets

• Contribution to internal know-how (reusability of the efforts, repositories, lessons learnt, guidelines and procedures, tools…)

• Contributions to proposals

What we expect from you:

• Engineering Degree (aeronautical or space engineering)

• Experienced in this position for 7 - 10 years.

• High level of English

• Good interpersonal skills, team player

• Interest for related engineering fields (AOCS, HW, SW), related know-how, including IA

• Proactive and good problem solving capability

• Capable of presenting the outcomes of the work carried out in a clear way
