EMPLOYMENT: English Teacher (Corporate Adults)

LOCATION. Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City

MISSION:

We are looking for an experienced English Teacher to join our company in Polanco, responsible for delivering a high‑quality English language program for corporate adult learners, from Starter to Advanced levels (A1–C1).
The role focuses on developing employees communication skills to support professional and business objectives.

MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION:

• Apply English language placement and progress tests to employees.

• Integrate and manage English groups/classes according to levels and learning objectives.

• Design, plan, and deliver individual, group, conversation, and online English classes for adult learners.

• Prepare and structure English class programs and lesson plans aligned with corporate needs.

• Monitor students progress and ensure the achievement of learning objectives.

• Provide feedback and progress reports to support continuous improvement of the program.

• Use digital tools and online platforms for virtual or blended learning, when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• English teaching certification (TEFL, TKT, CELTA, or similar)

• Advanced or native English level (C1–C2).

• At least 5 years of experience teaching English to adult learners, either one‑to‑one or group classes (corporate environment preferred).

• Strong communication, presentation and classroom management skills.

• Solid technological skills for online teaching and digital learning tools.

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and professional contexts.
