We are currently searching for a Project Manager for our Poland Division. So, if you are an energetic, proactive and autonomous person, eager to grow professionally with an exciting challenge in the aerospace and defense sector, we will be happy to consider your application.

What you will do:

• Planning work and resources according to the project scope.
  
• Coordination of the work of the project team.
  
• Control and tracking of project costs and schedule and their deviations with respect to the budget.
  
• Reporting of the status of the project, risks and opportunities and KPIs to management.
  
• Maintaining contact and taking care of good relations with clients, contractors and subcontractors.
  
• Preparation of proposals documentation.
  
• Representing the Company and / or the project in the media.
  
• Assistance in introducing and mentoring new employees.

What we expect from you:

• Higher technical education: mechatronics, mechanical engineering, robotics, automatic, machines or related
  
• Experience seeing project through the full life cycle
  
• 5 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering projects, including at least 3 years of experience in Project management
  
• Familiarity with project management tolls and KPI’s
  
• Leadership, responsibility and ability to build and maintain good personal relations
  
• Project Management Certificate is welcome
  
• Experience in the space sector is welcome
  
• Very good command of the English language
