About the Opportunity

We are seeking an early career Human Factors Consultant to join our Sydney Integration team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects throughout Australia, while growing within a dynamic team of human factors, systems engineering and safety specialists.

As a Human Factors Consultant, you will:

• Deliver human factors scopes of work under supervision
• Assist the development of human factors integration plans for major projects
• Conduct human factors assessments and analyses
• Maintain human factors issues registers
• Contribute to human factors assurance reports

Requirements:

• A relevant ergonomics/human factors/ organisational psychology degree (bachelor or masters)
• 0 to 3 years’ experience in human factors or a related discipline
• Membership of a relevant professional body, with a desire to achieve registered/chartered status
