Sener is currently looking for Systems Integration Manager for Large Infrastructure Projects to join our team at our Bilbao work center.

We shorten distances with sustainable and innovative solutions in infrastructure, transport and mobility, where we carry out comprehensive engineering projects. Many urban and high-speed rail transport systems carry our technology and desing, as well as Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), airports, ports, hydraulic engineering and architectural projects around the world.

What you will do:

Have a view of, and perform a practical implementation of, a holistic, top down systems engineering approach that considers the System as a whole (not a collection of individual systems, or projects).

Have experience in the application of a lifecycle approach (the entire spectrum of activity for a given system, commencing with the identification of need and extending through system design and development, construction/manufacture/installation, operational use and maintenance, system retirement and disposal).

Have a holistic understanding and be able to specify the engineering and assurance processes; including: 

• Requirements management
• Interface management
• Verification and Validation management
• Change management
• Configuration management
• Lifecycle management
• Human Factors integration
• Systems Safety management
• Reliability, availability and maintainability management
• Software management
  

What we expect from you:

• Software / Systems / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineer with a holistic, systemic view of the projects.
• Experience in the application of ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288:2015 Systems and software engineering -- System life cycle processes.
• Min 10 years of experience in Systems Engineering / Systems Integration Management tasks.
• Proactive. Can-do attitude.
• Travel availability
• Fluent English

Recommended: 

• Knowledge of Systems Engineering methods, tools and processes. 
• INCOSE certification (ASEP / CSEP / ESEP)
