Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Manager based in Los Angeles, CA (with flexibility for remote work). The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the coordination of CAD technicians across Sener offices (USA and international), subcontractors, and freelance resources. A core responsibility will be setting up and administering collaborative project environments, ensuring seamless data management and multidisciplinary integration throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee CAD technicians and drafting teams across multiple geographies and subcontractors.
- Establish and administer collaborative project environments using Bentley ProjectWise.
- Support the implementation and management of BIM environments, ensuring compliance with project standards.
- Facilitate data consistency and controlled workflows across project teams.
- Provide technical leadership in the management of digital deliverables for transportation infrastructure projects.
- Work closely with design managers, engineers, and external partners to streamline project collaboration and data exchange.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related discipline (preferred)
- 10+ years of experience working on transportation infrastructure projects
- Proven experience with Bentley ProjectWise administration
- Solid knowledge of BIM environments (e.g., Revit, OpenBuildings, Civil 3D, or equivalent)
- Strong coordination and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams across different locations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
