We are currently looking to continue growing and are seeking engineering professionals with experience in mechanical design. The position involves technical assistance on-site, reporting to the Mechanical Director.
What will your responsibilities be?
The main duties include supervising and ensuring that the execution of works is carried out according to the project, complying with regulations and client standards.
- Verifying layout and suitability of installations.
 - Approving proposed equipment and components.
 - Resolving contingencies during construction, issuing technical instructions, and drafting change orders.
 - Verifying the receipt of products and equipment.
 - Reviewing As-Built documentation.
 - Controlling the proper execution of materials on-site, checking layouts, materials, and their correct placement. Ensuring that mechanical installations are carried out properly, safely, and in accordance with client and project standards.
 - Supporting the Commissioning phase.

You will be part of a team made up of professionals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, allowing you to develop an enriching and broad perspective.
At the same time, we offer a Development Program focused on mentoring functions, so that in the short/medium term, you can perform your duties and lead your projects independently.
What do you need to fit in?
- Preferably a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
 - Between 3 and 5 years of experience as a design engineer and technical on-site assistant for mechanical installations in data centers.
 - Experience in HVAC, fire protection (detection and suppression), diesel systems, plumbing, and sanitation.
 - Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
 - Skills in management and direct dealings with clients and contractors.
 - Willingness to learn and grow in new areas of mechanical engineering.
 - Focus on quality and performance.
 - Knowledge of local and international standards.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
 - Tools: MS Office, Autodesk Revit MEP, HAP, etc., project management.
 - Knowledge of health and safety on-site.
